MotivHealth provides a price transparency tool, which lets you find the best care for the best price, and it's accessible on the app. You can also log steps to earn HSA funds, right on the app. Plus, it gives you access to your digital ID card, so you don't have to carry another card in your wallet.

Doesn't work. I have an account and it won't let me login. If you tap on forgot password or forgot username the app crashes

the UX needs serious help. Signing in with a fingerprint would be great because when you push submit you never know if it is actually working or not and have to push the button a few times. The load times are garbage pulling in the data and the overall experience feels like they hired a kid in highschool to create this app.

The facilities that come up when searching on the app are completely different than on the website and the website is correct. Very confusing when you're scrambling to find urgent care.
