GoX Studio is Rethinking Fit for the more than 20 million runners who train
for races held across the U.S. annually. We help these athletes,
professional and novice alike, to make it to the starting line every race
and regularly perform at their peak performance level. Through our new
SmartRun APP and Insole product we are introducing a power meter for running
with a high degree of accuracy based on our proprietary multi-modal model
that incorporates identifying each runner's unique efficiency rating through
real-time measurement of biomechanics and physiology.

We have deep technical expertise, a unique platform and patented approach,
and we understand the frustration felt by runners. GoX Studio is delivering a
top-notch solution to address runner frustration born out of high attrition
rates due to injuries by delivering accurate and new measurements that
balance fitness, recovery, injury probability, realizing efficiency, and
repeatedly delivering increased performance (beyond getting each runner
consistently to the starting line).

GoX Studio's application builds upon the user experience many health and
fitness wearable tech consumers have come to expect, and will exceed their
expectations with attention to detail in data accuracy, personalized
training feedback, and unique features that allow users to engage and learn
both as an individual and as a member of a supportive running community. The
SmartRun product approach demonstrates GoXtudio's ability to see beyond the
traditional perspective and deliver a wearable device that functions at a
professional level while remaining both financially and experientially
viable for the novice athlete.

We are working hard to enhance our algorithm, build our training app and
related insole product, and take our ideal prototype through a rigorous
product beta test. Offerings from many competitors in the space focus on
lagging indicators such as heart rate and a generic power measurement, often
driven through a wrist device or moveable pod. We recognize the valuable
contribution some of these competitors have made in generating awareness and
demand within the running community, and we plan to capitalize on this
awareness to deliver a product with greater accuracy and a more effective,
customized training tool at a price point runners can't pass up.

Achieving a new level of scientific accuracy by leveraging a proprietary
efficiency model is the driving force behind the development of SmartRun.
To date the team has grown successfully by leveraging scientific thought
leaders from around the country to advance their technology and remain
motivated together to make a positive impact on the overall health and
fitness of our customers who have been underserved as evident in the high
injury rates and stagnant race finish times, by the existing generalized
wellness technologies and one-size-fits-all training applications.
