This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing gotrak on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

The ap worked ok for a few days but now doesn't connect. Tried deleting and reinstalling, fully charging battery, holding watch on phone, tried resinking over 30 times, checked bluetooth. Also sleep tracker inaccurate, doesn't measure sleep when I have clearly been sleeping and the step counter is not accurate. Gotrak claims that they are the most accurate of all but I would be very surprised if this is the case. Just buy a pedometer, alot cheaper and will give you similar reliability.

Great app and fitness tracker. Simple to use. The app should allow me to export the heart rate and other data to a CSV or into other platfroms such as Google fit.. please add this feature! Other than that great job! Edit: please fix the poor English use throughout the app. It just seems lazy. Also after 2 days using the device I've noticed that there are issues with it connecting to my HTC U Ultra reliably and quickly. It can be annoying to get it to connect sometimes

So info@gotrak...... Etc does not work. I had a question as to why my new wrist band wont sync/ link up to my Sony Xperia (only 6 months old) and thr email bounced back saying their email doesnt exist, so i tried it again from a different acocunt of mine ... Same auto reply. What is the level of user support here ?

the gotrak app teams up with gotrak devices to track, record and analyse step counts, calories burnt, 24/7 heart rate monitor & quality of sleep. It does this by collecting data from the wearable gotrak device and sends the information back to the gotrak app. gotrak analyses the data and gives you a snapshot of your fitness overview.

It also comes with unique features such as Remote Photo Shoot, Sedentary alerts, Caller Alerts, SMS Alerts, SNS Alerts, Anti-lost Alert & Find Phone.
