Sie richtet sich an Kunden der Apotheke und sonstige Interessenten und bietet einen Überblick über die Öffnungszeiten, die Leistungen der Apotheke und ihre besonderen Angebote, z.B. über die eigene Kosmetik-Serie, das eigene Mikronährstoff-Programm, das Anmessen von Kompressionsstrümpfen, die Services für junge Mütter uvm..
Ortsunkundige Interessenten, die die Apotheke z.B. während des Notdienstes aufsuchen möchten, können sich die Lage der Apotheke auf einer Karte anzeigen und eine Route dorthin planen lassen.
Für eine einfache Kontaktaufnahme kann direkt aus der App heraus bei der Apotheke angerufen oder eine E-Mail dorthin geschickt werden.
Um Kunden auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten eine Übermittlung ihrer Wünsche zu erleichtern, enthält die App eine Funktion zur unverbindlichen Vorbestellung von rezeptpflichtigen und nicht rezeptpflichtigen Arzneimitteln und sonstigen Artikeln des Apothekensortiments. Dabei können Rezepte bequem per Smartphone- oder Tablet-Kamera fotografiert und als Bestandteil der Vorbestellung übermittelt werden.
Neu: Vorbestellung und Kontaktaufnahme jetzt auch ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp.
Als weitere Services gibt es Zugänge zu einem deutschlandweiten Notdienstapotheken-Finder, der den Standort des Benutzers auswerten kann, und zu einem Dienst, mit dem Beipackzettelinhalte für Arzneimittel recherchiert werden können.

Verschiedene Verbesserungen und Fehlerkorrekturen. Außerdem wurden die Datenschutzhinweise hinsichtlich des Uploads und der Verarbeitung und Speicherung von Bild-Dateien aus der App heraus ergänzt, auch in einer Erklärung, die der Benutzer vor dem Upload von Bild-Dateien explizit durch Setzen eines Zustimmungshäkchens bestätigen muss.
