Human Performance Made Mobile

This app virtualizes the services of the award winning Human Performance and Rehabilitation team of doctors, coaches, and therapists. The process begins with an in house or virtual assessment of every client, identifying goals, limitations, and reviewing previous injuries. The strategy is to identify high payoff areas for coaching and to educate the athlete on physical training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, as well as developing a performance mindset.

Serving Olympians and desk jockeys alike, HPR designs performance and rehab programs that focus on the client’s needs. Only then are techniques applied-- from multiple disciplines--which fit the assessment, personal goals, and individual capabilities. In house and remote training and tracking follow to make sure clients are getting the expected result.

HPR’s new app provides assessment, training and monitors client progress on a daily basis. Our proprietary software allows HPR coaches and managers to check in with every client to ensure directions are followed and goals are being met.

For young athletes we can also engage parents to help with questions, injuries, or crisis. In some of our plans we remotely monitor your child’s bio-markers (sleep cycles, resting heart rate, hydration, etc.) to avoid over training and injury and to maximize performance and ensure recovery. Most important, HPR provides an objective third party perspective to avoid conflicts of interest that may exist with coaches, clubs and other athletes.

It is not unusual for two or more of our doctors and experts to work with clients at the same time. Different expert viewpoints can provide insight and optimal solutions for individual needs. As a result, our clients and patients are able to realize transformational results, maximizing health and well-being.
