I created an account. Simple enough... Except, now, it won't let me open it back up. It keeps informing me that I can't use spaces or symbols in an email. I don't have spaces or symbols in it! If the app originally accepted my email to sign up, why won't it accept it to log back in?

I can not log into the app. It tells me my email is wrong. How do I get ahold of someone to fix the problem? I have looked everywhere for customer assistance but can't find anything.

So far so good...If your phone has the feature where you can auto enter your email...make sure there is no space at the end or it will not take it...better to type it all in...also I would love to see a widget sometime soon...hate to keep clicking app to see progress

It does everything I need it to do. It is easy to read and doesn't have all the extra junk I don't need. My 6yo loves the "watch" and wants one for himself. I doubt I would get the app for him though.

What a piece of garbage! Bought a fitness watch for my son and the app was supposed to work with it... We couldn't even get logged in to the app. Watch works fine without it
