Forcing me to answer questions off the clock, questions that I already ask myself everyday, seems redundant and unnecessary. In response to your reply, I'd like to point out the ineffectiveness of this method. A coworker of mine recently absentmindedly hit yes to all questions, the app said not to report to work. They did anyway because it was mistake, yet no one came to talk the them about it. This app seems more like a legal safeguard for business owners, not for employee health.

Update: Q3 asks several questions at once. Relevant ones are have you taken a covid 19 test (yes), and have you been in direct contact with a covid case (no.) App would no let me continue without in putting a date for a contact that never happened. I have a negative test, but the app is telling me (my employer) to quarentine based on that date. Costs me $42/hour for two weeks because LAZY PROGRAMMING.

What a pointless app. Anyone can do a self assessment without this app or just call in sick if not feeling well

Very simple app to use for employers to help screen employees and keep the workplace safe! The whole experience with Go Evo has been seamless and finally, no paper screening!

Garbage app. Used for employers to force employees to give up their private medical history. It's intrusive, wants far more permissions than is reasonable.
