Cant access all features. Even using the belt clip I am unable to control the equalizer (frequency control) of the phone. Was told I could do it with my phone. I have never seen this program update! Very disappointed! Unfortunately I have to wait another 3 years before VA will give me a new pair. Won't be ReSound next time!

Have been using this app for a few years but lately it has been doing strange things for the last few months like, 1 aid on one program and the other on another program. Tonight same thing but when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app I now can't pair with the streamer.. all audiologists are closed because of the corona virus. When I try to pair to the aids it tells me I have to have phone clip+ ???

I have had the belt clip for three years now. I absolutely love it. Phone calls are crystal clear. Recently I got the device for the TV. I can now hear the TV programs crystal clear. I don't like having to change from one device to the other one on my phone.

Will not connect to my Resound GN. Where did the old App go? EDIT: I had to call and speak with a CS person, very helpful and help me correct the problem. All good now.

Had to factory reset note 4, now app doesn't work, requires a clip? OK I checked with the audiologist. She said I need smart 3d. Only that one now says it isn't compatible with my note 4 even though it worked until about 3 weeks ago when I had to factory reset my phone. Edit 4/28/20: thank you, at least I'm not going crazy. If I buy a note 8 will I have streaming over Bluetooth with my current hearing aids from Costco? Or must they be upgraded too? Previa. Edit 042820: returning hearing aids.

Since the software update yesterday the app works well with my new phone Honor 20 Lite. Before the update it would only work with my old phones. Thank you for a much improved app.
