You can influence your heart-mind (HRV) positively by yourself by breathing in your personal resonance frequency. With ResCalm you can discover this personal resonance frequency and train your inner balance.

Breathing in the resonance frequency gives the feeling of calmness, but you also feel focused. That is why ResCalm is a combination of resilience and calmness by resonant breathing connected with the heart rhythm.

HOW CAN YOU FIND YOUR OWN RESONANCE FREQUENCY?
The heart has a pulse of about 60 beats a minute, but this pulse constantly accelerates and slows down. This acceleration and slowing down can be over-activated or it can be in balance. Breathing in your personal resonance frequency creates autonomic balance. Each person has an own resonance frequency ( breathing rhythm resonates with heart rhythm) of about 5 or 6 breaths a minute depending on the personal length of the blood vessels.

You test each of the three training sessions for 5 minutes and select on:

-where did you see the most (green) balance in the colored line at the bottom of your screen?
-how did you feel: more relaxed or more stressed? Do you come step by step in a feel-good state?

One of this training sessions will relate to your personal resonance frequency, feels the best and has the highest score. Next week you use only this training session. After a week you can try the 6 training sessions again and you will find out which has the best score and the best feeling. Than you make your choice definitively.

HOW LONG TRAINING WITH RESCALM ?
Normally people like playing with ResCalm and it feels good when you do it two times 10 minutes or 3 times 5 minutes a day. People say they feel more present, more focused, sleep better and feel more comfortable.
When people train themselves 6-8 weeks people show more resilience . Resilience is better coping with stress. After the high waves of stress, after high waves of heart rate the autonomous nervous system brings back the body in a safe state as soon as possible. Most people need this training of 6 weeks, because for their body the state of arousal (overactive sympathetic nervous system with stress, anxiety and sleeping problems) has become a normal state, a standard, where stress is the daily working situation (hospital, police, army, school).
