This is the worst app I have used so far. 1. Wellteq support confirmed that it's a known issue that this app cannot sync with the step tracker (I.e. google fit) correctly. They asked the user to provide the correct step to them on weekly basis. This defeat the purpose of the app 2. It is super slow and cannot connect to the challenge page 3. Always in loading status. It's extremely hard to keep track the team step count and ranking

Worst challenge app ever. Confusing to register, and more confusing to add a team. We registered a team, then 2 weeks later found out teams were limited to 5 but the app had registered 6 in our team so we had to cut someone. Then it deleted 140k steps from one person for no reason - took 4 days and countless emails to resolve. Then stopped syncing with one person's fitbit so they have to manually add steps each day. Doesn't auto sync with Samsung Health, have to manually sync each day.

pathetic speed, many screens freeze for so long, we give up on using them. have already lost faith in the challenge i am participating - half my team took 2 days of constant effort just to register and then join, now they are not able to sync their activity. when i click on team related circle, a running boy shows up forever and app keeps popping msgs multiple times asking if i want to continue as this is taking time. never seen any other app this slow in my smart phone usage experience till now

The notifications disappear to fast and you cant go back to them. Therefore I cant accept request for people to join my team. The customer service has been exceptional, when I am unable to complete what I want to they have done it for me.

I love the program but this app needs a lot of work. Lots of bugs and the UI could do with a redesign. Also, they should stop including zeros in the averages shown on the statistics page.

I got a new phone and have reinstalled the app but unfortunately forgot my password. I have clicked the forgotten password link, and the app claims an email has been sent but it hasn't. I have emailed the tech support link which apparently isn't working at the moment. I hope my workplace hasn't paid for these services.
