A very neat and easy to use. The only down side is the high pitch of the tracks. It make me uneasy. I care a lit about my ears, and I that can be hurtful.

Beautiful. Has the most scientifically accurate binaural beats with a clean layout and you can customize a session better than any other app with the exception of atmosphere binaural beats

Unfortunately for me, none of the modes provided anything like it says it does. I've played the Morphine one multiple times when I've had headaches, it made no difference. The power nap one, I was awake through it all despite listening with headphones. I find the tones helpful for blocking out background noise, and thus does help me get to sleep. But that's basically the equivalent of wearing ear plugs. I really wanted this to work, but I'm afraid none of them had any effect as advertised.

The sounds are very clean and I like that you can adjust them to the most submersive setting to yourself, but these sounds give me heightened anxiety and really increase paranoia at night for me. It's dissonant and the opposite of comforting, but I see it's purpose in focusing and it's just my personal dislike for the noise that's bad.

I live the different types. The Lucid dreaming really works well for me as does the power nap. I just can't figure out how you expect people to use headphones? I usually use large stereo headphones but I have tried ear buds to. Anything makes it difficult to sleep with so AI just out it through my clock's aux. Any suggestions on how to make it better so AI don't have background noises waking me up?

This is aerdome. Works great for pain relief and sleep. (Those are the only two I use. Have used the pain relief for years. It helps mu back a lot. I have written lots more on the blog for this app.) My only complaint is that the timer is not on the original app!
