tried this app in order to relax in a massage chair in Penang airport before a flight. 1) asked me to download the app... (super convenient with a weak wifi signal) 2) need to register with either fb / google+ or another email 3) ask for your HP number in order to send OTP code (excellent use of roaming) 4) the OTP was never received, request another(i am still waiting for it). 5) wondering if app is a scam to get personal data. 6) write review and uninstall never getting back these 15 min...

Unable to register with the app without an Asia-based mobile phone number. As a tourist from Aus using only data based mobile communication apps whilst in Malaysia (no call or sms), that means I can't use these massage chairs even though I've seen them throughout Malaysia including at the airports, and would have used them on multiple occasions. Talk about a missed revenue opportunity from the huge tourist market of people visiting from elsewhere around the globe.

Sounds like they just use this thing to get personal information and mobile numbers, it doesn't actually work 9 times out of 10. Consider also that you require a SIM of one of the 9 supported countries to be able to sign up, but you get the list only after giving them your social profile.

OTP doesn't work because while it has the option of choosing which country code your mobile number is, it still send with prefix of 60, which is very dumb. So for example, instead of sending to +62898xxxxxxx, it sends to 6062898xxxxxxx. Seriously, this is a simple error in programming which should be caught easily during testing. It's better if the app says that it's only available for local number, instead of having people sign up, then can't login.

stupid apps. dont deserve any star. i'm try to register new member through google login. type in email and phone number. otp not send and it say invalid mobile number. i tried to register new member, key in email and it say email already exist. my previous new user login was not successful but why my email has been registered? i dont have any password created as well. so now i cant use your chair service at airport.

So many negative reviews, I'll leave my positive one. Registration asks for phone number from some specific countries, I live outside. However I was able to just fake the number as long as email is correct. Top up works fine with foreign credit card, used MasterCard Curve from UK. Just 10 MYR top up and was able to get a 30min massage. However it is missing a choice to start two simultaneous massages so I could have paid for a friend and myself.
