Can't open app a 2nd time. Doesn't recognize either the password or user name. I have to go into settings, clear cache and clear data. Then if I enter user name and password it opens up. Close the app, try to open again... Nope, gotta do it all over again clearing cache and data. It truly is a "loop". Please fix!! Medical stuff is stressful enough without having to deal with an app that doesn't function properly.

App itself would be fine, but where the menu button is located causes an issue where you cannot select it, it simply brings down the phones built in notification bar. I have yet to find a way to actually utilize this app and always have to use the Chrome browser.
