The doctors are nice an intelligent but always seem to be in the middle of doing something else when they call. Sometimes I feel they are out in public having the conversation which is a HEPA violation. But this is a review of the App, not the doctors. The app is terrible. ~ The preview video each person sees (doctor and patient) is not accurate. I always only see half my doctor's face, and I thought it was just them, until I tried to show them something, and getting it into a view where they could see it was difficult. ~ The number of reminder notifications is ridiculous. For an appointment on Monday, I got a reminder Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning. ~ The only way you can connect to your doctor is to answer their incoming call through the app. If you click on the link in the "your appointment is about to begin" text, you will not be placed in the same chat as your doctor. If you click on the link in the email they send you (trying to use a real computer) you will not be placed in the same chat. ~ Your appointment is scheduled for somewhere in a 2 hour block, and that is fine. The "your appointment is about to begin" text is always for the start of that block, not when it is actually about to begin. I am sure I have more complaints about this app, but those are just the ones I had to deal with today. In summary, if you want to video chat (poorly) with a knowledgeable doctor, whose day you seem to be interrupting, this is the app to use.

Wish I could give zero stars. Doctor orders tests as part of the visit, which means you'll then have to schedule follow up phone calls at $100 a piece. In my case, two such calls already (why couldn't the call happen after all of the results were in???) plus a 3 month follow up to rerun more tests which I'm sure will require more telemedicine appointments to review. Scammy even by medical field standards

If you want someone to cancel your appointment on the morning of the appointment with no accountability after a confirmation via text AND email, then use this pathetic "service." But warning: they'll try to kill you or your loved ones. Even though the patient had been in the hospital for a month and NEEDED a doctor's visit that day, this disgusting service just cancelled and when asked why passes the buck to "Operations". Can't talk to anyone when you call. Nothing. Useless. Cruel. Demeaning.

I have been using Heal for two years to help manage a chronic issue...I cannot sing their praises enough! Having my labs taken at home and dropped off for me?! It doesn't get more convenient than that!

Good interview with nice doctor. I like this app. Didn't see any ads.

I just had my 1st home visit from Heal. It was wonderful. The staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely be using this service again. 😀👍
