Garbage "report" basically generic standard USDA recommendations. Says I should have 50-60% carbs. No not good for me! Says I'm not lactose intolerant but recommended SOYMILK, why? Soy is GMO and estrogen laden poison. It's only an apparatus to sell SUPPLEMENTS! And Lord knows possibly the DNA report itself! REGRET I gave them such personal information!! I do NOT believe this was legitimately based on my own information all

Total scam! Gives advice that is the opposite of what studies indicate - saying to eat a higher fat diet when the genetic variant study says the opposite. It also claims some variants aren't relevant when in fact they are. It claims info is missing from your data file that is actually there. It's dietary recommendations are absurdly simplistic and even the nutrient breakdowns of food are so basic as to be useless. It's cheaper and easier to use than SelfDecode, but worse than useless. Scam!

Not real happy. I bought 3. So far I checked two (my husband and I) and our recommendations as far as carbs ,protein, and fat intake are the same. I kind of feel this is very..generic. I also kind of feel like I wasted my money. In mine there were vitamin recommendations that I couldn't even get because it said it couldn't read it from my DNA or whatever. Kinda disappointed. :(

The information seems easy to read and follow, but I'm still having trouble figuring out how to print out my results ...in a pdf, or chart...ect. I was told to go to my account and do a download but I haven't found that yet. I know they haven't made a "Drinks/Liquids" category yet, but I would be interested in that. It would also be nice to see a listing of the foods that would potentially be on the other end of the spectrum, and a list of fiber divided between Insoluble and Soluble...helpful.!

I was disappointed that for each category of food, such as proteins, there are only 9 options given, 3 that are best, 3 that are great and e that are good. When you take into consideration that probably about half the foods suggested for me I either don't like or have sensitivities to, this is not enough, especially given how many different foods are out there. If you want actual recipes, you have to pay more money, doubling the cost for only 3 or 4 recipes.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. When I first opened the app, the instruction part of it froze everything up. So I closed the app and reopened it and it works seamlessly. When I opened it a second time, no instructions, easy to use. I can't wait to get started in hopefully balancing my gut and feeling healthier. Thank you 😊!
