I thought it would be useless, until stumbled upon Google reviews. And it worked. 1.Download an app. 2.Go to security settings and turn on unknown sources and Location.3.Then try to pair from app,only from app,otherwise will not work. When paired location can be turned off. As for you dear admins put this info on your web site or into app/product description.

The app won't see the band, its showing up on my phone as an option in the Bluetooth- but it won't show up when I scan through the app. Very disappointing. I Wouldn't recommend this device as it's more of a head ache than its worth. I noticed in the app information, it hasn't been updated for a long time (almost a year).

App did work but only just! You have to update every day otherwise data disappears. Band fell apart after 2 months so pointless having app. Kept Google fit now that's a good app even when it did work I'm sure it didn't work proper it only ever gave me 1hr deep sleep a night

Not at all user friendly..daily logs are not properly maintained...interface is horrible..company is least bothered for improving the app

Worst app ever does not update does not keep accurate count of heartbeat rate blood pressure rate or steps had this since Christmas waste of time waste of money.
