I recently recieved my pip and am already enjoying calming benefits not only in session but throughout my day. I used to suffer from severe generalized anxiety and biofeedback technologies have been instrumental in gaining full control of my anxiety (specifically, neurofeedback). As I go through my day it doesn't as much as cross my mind that I used to be so anxiety-prone. However, if I go months without biofeedback training anxiety will begin to creap up on me. A downside of neurofeedback--while it works wonders for me--it is anything but portable and can be a very expensive option (thousands of dollars for enough treatments to see a measurable difference). Looking back on my journey through anxiety, I can see how the pip would have been a tremendous value if I had purchased it sooner. It's orders of magnitude more affordable and worlds easier to set-up than neurfeedback. That said, the two are different and do different things. Still, speaking from the perspective of anxiety sufferer in a high-stress environment---premed student at UCLA---I can vouch for the pip's portability, ease-of-access, and potency in helping me regulate stress and keeping me at peek performance.

I like the way the graphics is synced to the music. As your season changes from winter to spring the music becomes more upbeat. It seems a bit harder than the other PIP games.

I found it very very helpful in encouraging breathing/mindfulness exercises, to have the visual/audio feedback that The PIp provides via The Loom app. The MyPIp account you now create to install the app, gives great displays of session statistics per app, over a week or month, etc., greatly enhancing the statistics within the app. The additional scenes are also very nice, worth downloading.
