I canceled the subscription but was still charged the $86 fee. I didn't mean to enter a subscription because the price was to expensive for 2 months. I emailed the company to inform them of the cancelation and was told yes we see you have canceled your subscription but we are still going to keep your money. Please do not use this company as they do not have very good business practice of ethics.

Very disappointed. Downloaded to see what it was about. Not impressed not motivating at all to make me want to walk more which is what I wanted. Canceled subcription before free trial was up was still charged for a month canceled again still charged this month canceled again and emailed support. So far they have gotten two months of payments with probably no chance of getting it back. App has potential but subscription service is bad because they don't cancel you like you want.

i wish i had read all the awful comments before i signed up because it happened the same to me. signed up, entered my credit card for FREE trial. then couldn't even get into the app because of some weird mistake with it (not my mistake), didn't mind and assumed i wouldn't be charged since i never got into the app and didn't have a button to unsuscribe. they stole $39 usd from my account later. refused to return my money by all means. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD

HORRIBLE! Wish I could give less than 1star first off it took me more than a day to install the app and finally when I did it wouldn't open and now it just says I need to sign up there is no option to sign in! I'm so aggravated I probably lost weight fooling with this. I'm mad I even spent $1 on it I wouldn't and will not recommend this app not even to my worst enemy horrible and I hope the playstore removes them form their list cuz it's not worth even being a free app! Total waste!

downloaded the app as it looked good in the advert. Installed it and then opened it to be greeted by a screen saying sign up required to use the app, you need to create a galaxyline account. No link to be able to create an account, or even a web address to type in myself to create account. Go back to app store and look it all up again and it says account needed to be created at galaxyline. They have a web address pointing to the T's and C's yet when you go to the website there is nothing to indicate where to create an account. I would give it a 0 star review but 1 is the least you can give it. App will now be deleted as it can't be used. waste of time.

The click bait is how how much you have to walk to lose weight. It does all this stiff you pay a $1 and it still doesnt tell you how much you have to walk to lose weight. This help is like all other apps track your steps, I dont need that. I wanted to truthfully know how much I need to walk to lose weight. I download today, cancelled today and deleted the app today.
