Gain Checker has a focus on bodybuilding and muscle gain so that the user can quickly check his or her gains or losses from one workout to another and from one date to another. Gain Checker can also be used for weight loss for the constant monitoring of size reduction in any body area or muscle group. The posing section would be best for this.
