The app keeps crashing and shutting down. Now I cannot use the app. I removed and reinstalled but still having the same problem. I was so excited when I got this. The last time I used it and was able to sync the information was all wrong. It said I weighed 508 pounds. I replaced my fitbit scale with this one. Should have kept the fitbit. So disappointed.

The scale itself seems to be accurate, so I'll be keeping it for that (weighed a few dumbbells and kettlebells to check) but the app interface is trash. It's so annoying that it turns Bluetooth off entirely, meaning all my other devices disconnect from my phone. Plus, I can’t update my profile because it won't let me until I enter my phone number, which the app thinks is invalid.

Works but app is TRASH. NO DATES in the logging!? location must be on to synch every time, No idea what half the tracking topics mean. Won't update ANY profile settings. Adding another user (like your kid) requires an email. Disaster all around. And of course, no export functions even though it claims to. Truly a barely functional app.

I only just got my scale last night and this morning as I'm trying to weigh in the app keeps crashing and not updating my readings. The scale is also constantly reading between .2 and .7 lbs before I ever step on it.

Doesnt even connect to bluetooth. Not worth the money wasted on such a "smart" scale.

Despite the reviews I bought it to see how it works. I weighed myself over 10 times in the span of a few minutes and it read a different weight every couple of tries. They present info on their app with no explanation of how they got those numbers. No reference points, and no explanation to what those numbers mean. On certain screens they don't even tell you the unit of measure. I had no problem with connectivity, but everything else is not worth it. I will be returning this tomorrow, don't buy.
