I've used this for a long time for training paces, it does the job. Would
be handy to have secs per km/mile pacing for the shorter speed workouts,
rather than just the time required to complete that distance. This would
make it way easier to program Garmin workouts that rely on a secs per km
target pace.

It does what you want. Predictors your times and they're accurate as used them for years and also shows what you training targets should be for particular times. If you expect more you'll be disappointed. However perfect for what I need and nice and easy to use. Cheers guys!

It is a calculator, nothing more. Once you input a race time it will output suggested training pace for different distances. It will not provide any other sort of advice or training program. Definitely not worth 5 dollars, would consider paying no more than 1 dollar for such limited functionality.

The app takes your running time for one distance and extrapolates that time to other distances. It also suggests the range for the training pace depending on type of excercise (recovery run, long run, intervals, etc.). Latest version displays time in minutes (wierd to readfor long distances), and I don't think the suggested pace for training is correct. Please fix that!

Purchased she have been using for years. Suddenly stopped working and won't load. Tried uninstall/reinstall. Nothing.

It stopped working on my Pixel months ago. It's a shame because I really liked it.
