Phone is pair with CPAP machine but the app will not sync with the machine. Completely useless!! Update... I have now been able to sync your app to my machine but now I have the issue of your app constantly dropping out which as a result turns off my machine. Clearly there is a bug in the app which needs resolving urgently!!

Worked great for 30 days then like so many other users comments just wouldn't sync with Bluetooth any more. It seems that this is a major bug but obviously too hard for F&P to fix. A total waste of time. Guess it's in the too hard basket, or we have bigger fish to fry basket. Very disappointed.

Couldn't get it to connect via Bluetooth - Android phone. Actually I now have connected it by ignoring the instructions, using the phone's Bluetooth software to link to the device (it is called "sleepstyle_*****") then starting the app and going through its steps. Once connected, the app is just fine.

I used it without problems on my iPhone. I then swapped to android and it would not connect. It would pair fine but refuse to transfer any data. I then rang the sleep clinic who referred me to Fisher and paykel. I rang their customer support and spoke with a person who claimed somebody would ring me. That was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. I tried it on an old iPod and it worked fine. My current android phone huawei y9 prime 2019 connects with All other Bluetooth devices.

I have the sleepstyle auto. You have to turn it off then on so you can enter pairing mode and you only then have a minute, if that to pair.

App was working fine for around 2 months then it just stopped working on the 15th of February. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, tried to pair the machine and my phone so many times but it just will not connect anymore. Very frustrating
