Tried doing this a couple months ago. It said record was available but could never get it to show me. I decided to try again but I had tossed my password, so I asked for a reset. 5 times I've entered my email but received no email from the app. It shows the little squirrel running for about 2 seconds, then goes back to the login page.. Yes, I checked spam folder. I give up.

It says it found 1 record. I click, it asks if I'd like to view it. I click yes...and it promptly goes back to the screen that says it found one result. It never shows me that one result no matter what I do. This app doesn't work. Very frustrating

Installed on an Android. To change dates you have to tab through every month. Changing from 2010 to 1981 is a lot of button presses.. like over 300. Then when I went to searching, after painstakingly getting the correct date for each person the search found no data. When I looked at the results it had migrated my birthday and my son's birthday by one day. No wonder why it can't find anything. The developer claims there is a YYYy button but there is no such button when I open the calendar

Worked fine, found our family's records. But the app provides no way to protect that sensitive data. It needs the ability to set a pass code and/or biometric sign-in. That seems like a pretty big oversight for an app that is geared around healthcare data... It's super uncomfortable knowing my entire family's birthdates are now available to anyone who gets access to my phone...

Could not find any health records, saying the service was unavailable, which is the only reason I downloaded it

Surprisingly complete, vaccs dating back to my childhood. The devs could use a better calendar to enter DOB, I had to tap back one month at a time to 196x. Just let people enter the value.
