The app functionality is poor compared to others, you would think that with a HRM costing £300+ that the app would be high end too! Can't select different alerts for activities, can't connect it to Garmin edge 1000, no training plans. The app needs improving! The support staff & feedback is excellent!

Excellent product for cardiac monitoring and training. I purchased this device for arrhythmia monitoring mainly, but I also wear when exercising. The battery life is great at around 2 days of continuous monitoring, and the unlimited cloud storage is very nice. The EKG quality is clear; short and wide complex rhythms are easily discernable. I would recommend.

Love app graph comparison and ECG's. I'm am using my FFx everyday and it's ECG graphs are excellent.🤗 Users Note. Very important to wet the skin before placing the device. UPDATE 14/03/21 1) Unable to exit app. 2) GPS tracking has only worked once. 🤗 3) Upload always uses mobile data.☹ 6) PDF reports will not upload directly to Google Drive, this is a pain. Thanks Team. Back to OK product due to GPS not working mainly.

I use it every exercise session ( I have underlying heart issues and it gives great peace of mind that I am not pushing tooo hard) however even though it provides additional information over a standard garmin type HRM it is very clunky to use. You have to keep stopping to take your phone out to see your HR and the additional information it provides. If you synch it to your garmin then the phone app is not live and you can only see your HR on the garmin. Needs to pair to an android smart watch similar to the apple watch app ( Im not splashing out more money for an apple watch) to be really user friendly. The GPS is just a joke ,you have to use your garmin or strava app to track your route. Its an awesome device but I have to track my workout on my garmin watch and use the phone to try and watch my training intensity and at the end I have 2 logs of the workout with different information. Come on forth frontier please make it a bit more user friendly.
