I can't find out how to use it? Why would you have an app with out any directions on how to use the app? I thought the directions would come with the download, or at least on the developer website. But no such luck. I downloaded it looking for biofeedback training and it had a 5 star rating, so I thought it would be helpful, but all it is, is frustrating.
