The app is user friendly, visually good with meal pictures and recipes. Downside, if you need to retake the quiz, you're required to contact support. The time between contacting them and their reply is days or even a week. I wanted to start keto again weeks ago, and waiting on support has delayed my start. Hopefully, this improves.

Horible app. It doesn't deliver what promises and half of the app is in a language I don't know, even though I chose my language. They do not want to refund me as well because "you agreed to wave your right to be refunded." I never heard about this thing, and they are using it agains me. Horrible app, Horrible customer service!

I've literally never given a bad review, but it's necessary for BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the service a year ago. Honestly forgot all about it. At the one year reunion I was charged for another year. The exact same day I wrote the company asking them to cancel the service & refund the charge to my card. They stated that refunds must be within 14 days of INITIAL charge. They do not classify renewal as initial. Theres more but ultimately they will not refund. Character limits won't allow ..

I don't have the full program, but the meals are very easy to cook, and I am enjoying them. I would recommend this app, as a great start to your keto journey.

I am paying monthly and can't find out how to stop it. The app opens and gets stuck, and I can't see or do anything. What's the customer service number I want to cancel.

eh, I bought into this app thinking it would be half decent, although it technically follows a keto diet the recipes are extremely simplistic and the required ingredients for each "recipe" are butter or coconut oil and whatever the protein is. The grocery list just quantifies the random ingredients used for each recipe and its impossible to swap recipes within the app to try to maximize what groceries you are suggested to buy. Totally not nutritionally balanced whatsoever. skip past this app
