The app always run in the background, which annoys me a lot. Occasionally I encounter errors in booking. So I got to call the outlet to check if they have available slots. It just defeats the purpose

The recent update seems to cause my phone battery to deplete very fast. Especially when it is running in the background. I have to constantly Force Stop the app after use to prevent it from eating up my batt.
