Stopped syncing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I apparently don't know my password, so I requested the email. I got the message that the email was sent successfully, but it never came (I have tried this multiple times, months ago and just recently). So then I tried to just create a profile, but it told me my email was already in use. So I am stuck. Can't create a new profile but don't get the email to help mw update my password. Scale works, so guess I'll just track on MyFitnessPal.

I installed this app and when I try to register and put my info in, it asks me to confirm and when I do nothing happens!

On Mon I weighed 400 pounds. On Tues, I didn't weigh myself. The app shows that my weight on Tues is zero!!! Which is more likely: that I lost 400 pounds overnight or that my weight is still the same?!?!?

Terrible. Tells me that the scale has synced to my device but the app never updates any of the data. Pointless app. Good thing I got this scale on clearance!

Got a new phone and now can't log in. Clicked on forgot password, but didn't recognize my email. So I tried to create accoutrements, but account with email ALREADY EXSISTS!!!! DUH, It is mine
