Stopped syncing after 1 month. Had to cancel subscription as I couldn't get the info anyway

This has been helping my daughter in school! Exactly why I got it. What I have a problem with is the app. I lave an LG Aristo 2 and the app keeps freezing or can't connect to the watch. I have to close and reopen the app several times in order to just sync it. I also tried to sync it once while she was at school so I could check in. I don't know what happened but she said the reminders got turned off for the rest of that day. Its great when its working correctly! I would still recommend it!

I have really enjoyed using the REVIBE CONNECT app and device the past month. It's certainly not perfect, but it is VERY EFFECTIVE for its purpose. The support team is responsive and helpful, when assistance was needed. Getting started was simple enough, and required only a few moments. I have seen comments about battery-life. I have frequent pings throughout the day, for more than 12 hours. I am trying a few options to find the correct combination of scheduling and configuration. I look forward to expansion of the offering, already seeing incremental updates over the past month.

It would not connect at first to my Note 8 through the app. What I ended up doing was pairing the blue tooth between the Revibe and the phone, then running the app. So far it has worked well otherwise. A few things I would like to see in the future is messages displayed longer and being able to send live messages. An example would be "Stay on task" when I notice the child starting to wonder.

I literally JUST got this... And the app is trash. Haven't used the device yet, so I can't speak as to that. It won't sync even though the watch itself says it's connected, I can't disconnect without force closing, there's no way for me to edit my daughter's school schedule, edit the name of the device (there was a typo), etc. Very simple things are struggling hardcore. I'm unfortunately already considering having to send it back, even though my daughter's very excited to try this.

I love the concept of Revibe and honestly havent even had it long enough to see if it makes a difference for my son. The biggest downfall with this device and app, it that you dont have real time data. You have to sit down at the end of the day and sync Revibe to the app to see your child's data. If this can be addressed, I will happily change my rating.
