Helped me start walking from 500 feet to several miles a week, and ran 1/4 mile 4-11-2018, also started Rucking with 6#, and able to Ruck 41# for 40 minutes. Today is my 32nd day. Team is great, encourageing supportive and compassionate. Feeling better stronger too.

The app worked great when there weren't a lot of people participating in the program about 2 months ago. Now the app won't load at all... Not a tech guy, but I dont think the app servers or something like that. I have to use the runcoach website instead which is not as convenient.

The service with plan is good, the website is good, the app is complete trash. It won't open at all. I did get to use it once and it didnt save any of my workout info.

When syncing my Garmin, runcoach does not capture all my workouts. Particularly when I record multiple runs in a single day. For example during interval workouts I have multiple runs recorded but only a few are captured with runcoach. The result is that my weekly totals are not accurate.
