Great app. Has a free trial and I am planning on continuing my journey with the subscription. Has helped immensely with focus, an area I need to work on. I can go back and listen to past lessons. Very calming. I experienced the "flow state" once long ago while I was a teen. At the time I had no idea what it was but have been searching ways to get that feeling and state of mind again. I am hoping now that it is a well known practice, I can once more attain this. Very excited!

Flow Lab integrates with the Apple Health app. If you chose to connect Flow Lab with Apple Health you will be able to track your meditations as mindful minutes.
