I had high hopes but find the device uncomfortable and the design of the exercises fairly basic. Manual doesn't even mention what type of lubricant would be OK to use.

Very engaging device with entertaining exercises, easy to use and clean and with different programs depending on your necessities. From time to time it would be good to have new exercises, but all in all I would recommend it.

I was having problems with bladder control, specifically urgency after a radical hysterectomy. I have made remarkable progress using this app regularly. It is so lovely not having to wear pads, carry spare knickers and constantly worry about where is the nearest toilet.
