The interface is simple and interactive with no unnecessary screens or data. Just one thing, please add a widget for homescreen for this so i can have a understanding of my fast time without opening the app from homescreen

Its a nice app to control your hunger and cravings. I am not sure that whether I am gonna loose weight with it or not but with this reminder I feel light weight and it feel like a responsibility on the shoulders that I have to complete the task of the day by fasting my slected program and eventually after some days you become habitual of it and u can now control your cravings and I hope I can loose some weight 😇
