We love our gravity machines, and we’re sure you will too! The GTS is an amazing system that allows you to do hundreds of exercises for all body parts. The gravity machine is really rather simple, and you will catch on quickly. Then get ready to build strength and glide your way to rock hard abs. The dynamic pulley and glideboard system challenges you to increase core stability, develop muscles and endurance all with minimal effect on joints. Each machine can be customized to your fitness level, literally, by adjusting the incline on the machine itself! Since you use your own body weight to provide the resistance, the incline determines the level of intensity.
