The idea is very nice, I like it but! The app automatically loged me out the app and ask me to log in without reasons or any notifications, so it did not count my steps either for that day. Second, I could not add my smart watch as source of steps or hawawi health app it's bad to convence me to take my phone every where to count my steps. I do not try to get my rewards yet, so maybe I will have another comments later!

It was a good app when associated with Arab Bank points, but one day i realized that it logged me out with no reason & now it doesn't show any relation to the bank nor the points calculation if any. I can't see any good reason to have this app on my phone, & keeps asking for updates! that i don't see any improvements what so ever.

I am so disappointed after using this app for 5 months now. My steps counter was reduced suddenly, my coins were dropped from 400 to 178!! I contacted the support team multiple times with no response. I finally made a comment public on their Instagram posts and I got their attention. After describing my case and them knowing that I live between Amman and Florida, they told me that their app doesnt support countries other than Jordan, KSA, and Egypt! Is this a joke?? Again it's a commercial app👎

I like the app as it encourages you to walk with nice rewards such as healthy food, watches, ..etc. But it reports "No data found" each time I try to get the Arabi points function.

Aftet 5 months of collecting points، the app wont let me convert the steps into arabi moblie points, knowing that i used to convert them easily before, now a message saying( No data found) is shown everytime i try to convert.
