Exercises are good, but user interface has room for improvement. English is a bit rough in places, and there was no way for me to restart a day's exercise when I accidentally exited the app and it skipped forward a few poses/movements. Certainly won't be paying for the premium add-ons. Will continue looking for a better app.

It doesn't have the Text-to-speech system, don't have a voice over to count while we are doing asanas and because of this I have to get up every now and then to see if it's done because some asanas have the ×2 ×3 system, ads popping out two times in a single asan and this continues through out the exercise and even some names of the asanas are incorrect.. 😔😏 Uninstalling.. 😑

Maybe I'm just confused because Ive never done yoga before and/or am unfamiliar with the app. I was under the impression that yoga was dedicated to holding poses for as long as possible. The app wants you to switch between multiple poses several times in a few seconds and it feels like a stretching marathon. I feel like this isn't increasing my flexibility or mindfulness but is more of a warm-up before doing exercise. Anyway, thanks but it's just not for me.

I'm uninstalling it. Giving it 3 stars because I have to keep looking at my phone to watch the timer on the poses. Would love to use this app but not having any notification when you are down to the last 3 seconds kinda of stinks. I don't want to keep looking at my phone while doing yoga.

This app is incredibly user friendly and informative. I suffer with neck and shoulder pain, doctor recommended beginners yoga, I don't have time for classes so searched for an alternative. Tried a few home versions this is By far the best. You can personalise the workouts and timings and you get realistic goals, can track progress and who would have thought the way you breathe can make such a difference! Honestly felt a positive difference from day 1 Get awesome app guys.

It's so beautiful. you feel your essence within minutes. conects you with your entire body under few minutes. I recommend it to anyone wishing to learn yoga and more importantly to feel their inner energy.
