the app crashes a lot and the organization it does not make sense when you go to My account details it doesn't show you anything about your vent fitness account I can't even tell what level my membership is. It's just not very useful and actually more difficult to use than it should be

This app us never is working correctly. I have valled the gym multiple times and they cannot seem to fix the issue. I cannot sign up for classes at all and it has my home location at a completely different one than where I opened the membership. I uninstalled it twice and nothing is fixed.

Not use friendly... Too much fluff but not providing what's needed.... Wanted to see schedule of classes for level 2 members... And in the end cant figure out.... Technology supposed to make things easier.

Half the time the app doesn't work. I can't schedule a class....for tomorrow! It needs to be ditched. Terrible app!! FIX IT!

The app is virtually useless. The calendar to schedule classes does not work. The only thing that works is getting a bar code to check in (not even sure if actually scans)

This app sucks...it is impossible to log back in..the help options are impossible to find. Just over all hard to use.
