This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GYMCLUB on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

TRAIN:
Verbinde deinen Gymclub Pulssensor mit der App und trainiere ab sofort immer und überall. Von Power Boxing bis hin zu HIIT-Workouts: Du hast nun die Möglichkeit, nicht nur im Gymclub Studio zu trainieren, sondern kannst ab sofort vom OFF-System (Optimum Fitness Feeback - System) auch zu Hause profitieren und einfach überall deine Trainingserfolge überwachen.
TRACK:
Hab all deine Trainingserfolge immer bei der Hand und auf einen Knopfdruck in deinem persönlichen Profil abrufbar. Wie viele Kalorien du pro Workout verbrannt hast und wie deine Leistung in den unterschiedlichen Herzfrequenzen war – das alles sagt dir unsere App. Teile deine Ergebnisse auf Facebook oder Instagram und lass deine Freunde Wissen was für eine Maschine du bist.
COLLECT:
Hab immer alle Punkte griffbereit. Sammle Punkte im Gymclub Studio oder mach OFF – basierte Workouts von zuhause aus. Um noch mehr Punkte zu sammeln, nimm zusätzlich an diversen Challenges teil – z.B. die 1000kcal Burn Challenge – Hier geht es darum, 1000 kcal in einem 45 minutigen Workout zu verbrennen – aber hey, niemand hat gesagt, dass es leicht wird
