• Le programme ULTRA, basé sur des entraînements très complets de renforcement musculaire fonctionnel
• Le programme métabolique CARDIOMAX, basé sur un effort cardiovasculaire intensif composé d’Interval training (HIIT) sur appareils cardio et d’exercices de condition physique. La séance est motivée au rythme des pulsations cardiaques, qui s’affichent en direct.

Les participants au programme CARDIOMAX utilisent notre application de suivi de la fréquence cardiaque pour suivre et enregistrer leurs séances d'entraînement et se connecter avec d'autres membres de la communauté !

Bien sûr, vous trouverez également chez nous tout l'équipement traditionnel d'une salle de fitness (appareils guidés et cardiovasculaires), et vous aurez accès aux plus de 100 cours collectifs mensuels.
