Select your personal trainer based on their experience, attitude, and understanding of your goals and needs. If you don’t click with your trainer, no problem! You can switch at any time.

2 – Create Your Goals
Your trainer will identify your health and fitness objectives and create a doable plan that fits your lifestyle. Each week, you’ll receive an updated plan that evolves with you to ensure that you keep progressing.

3 – Workout When It Works for You
You can use Fitify as much or as little as you want! Work out on your own schedule, and contact your trainer whenever you have a question or need a motivational boost.
