Terrible app. Firstly it's strangely titled "member" so when you try to search you phone with "BMF" or "Be mil..." Nothing comes up. Member. Odd. Also very clunky with strange layout

Appears a good organisation. Limited by devices. Links to zoom video classes don't work. On Demand class exercises out of sync with timer. Issues with Huwaei phone and tablet

App seems to work but there are issues with scrolling to see all classes that week. But I'm less likely to use the app or online part of the website to book classes when I can just turn up. The low tech, no fuss approach of BMF is part of what appeals: go to park, get muddy & sweaty, go home. Not sure how I feel about the rate your trainer function. It seems like it's the company getting members to do monitoring of trainers performance for them & cld impact on friendly atmosphere of classes. :(

Charged me twice - got an error when paying for a package of classes. I tried again, successfully, then found it had charged me both times. Now waiting to see if anyone responds to my email request for a refund. Otherwise it seems a bog-standard simple app, I've managed to book a couple of classes on it so I guess it's ok...

Before the app existed I used to just turn up at classes with no booking required. Now I have to book on the app, even though my subscription entitles me to unlimited classes.The app regularly stops working and provides no benefits to me as an end user.

5 stars as no point in down-rating a free app which appears to be an essential part of the business to the people who provide my fitness sessions - just a heads up that adding a profile pic closes the app immediately but I was able to use the app for booking in to a session.
