Emergency service (SOS) is available in online and offline services. You will be able to book an ambulance instantly. You are agreed that you do not ask for any medicine and drug.

2. Health Card:
Health Card is special medical treatment package for our customers. Customers have to purchase Health Card for getting medical treatment and services over video call. Only Health Card holder customers can talk and get medical treatment over video call. There are Four Packages such as BACHELOR MEDICAL PACKAGE, FAMILY MEDICAL PACKAGE(4PERSON), 3 PERSON MEDICAL PACKAGE, and COUPLE MEDICAL PACKAGE.

4. Alarm:
FIRTI DOCTOR never let our customers forget their necessary medicine. Our customers can set up our alarm option according to our doctor’s suggested schedule. There is euphonical music as a ringtone.

Our ambulance booking service is more preferable and helpful for heart blockage, pressure, diabetes patient, and pregnant women.

FIRTI DOCTOR TELEMEDICINE SERVICE is not only to giving medical treatment rather we emphasize on patient’s betterment at anywhere. Therefore, Our Nurse Booking Home Service has categorized by half-day (12hours) and a full day(24hours). Our well-trained nurse is available to serve our general/premium customers.

7. Medicine Parcel service:
On-time Medicine delivery service will be active after subscribing to our Health Card. Our HEALTH CARD HOLDER customers have to upload/share their prescription and our delivery man will take their desire medicine from the pharmacy and deliver it to customers’ homes on time. 24 hours medicine parcel service is available.
8. Hospital Booking Service:
Our premium customers (CARD HOLDERS) are able to book a seat in our selective Hospitals.
9. FRCS DOCTOR Book:
Our premium customers are able to book FIRTI FRCS DOCTOR BOOKING CALENDAR according to their diseases and preferable time. Our doctor calendar will be shown for book patients' schedules. Patients can book an appointment on FIRTI DOCTOR APP and they have to attend Doctor’s chamber.
9. Booking for Doctor Home service:
If customers subscribe to our HEALTH CARD, then our customers are able to book FIRTI DOCTOR BOOKING CALENDAR according to their diseases and preferable time. Our doctor calendar will be shown for book patient’s schedules. Patients can book an appointment and Our FIRTI DOCTOR will visit their home for medical service.
