Fyt Duo integrates seamlessly with any bluetooth wearable device and Google Health for monitoring and reporting on your workouts and activity level so your personal trainer can track your performance and continuously optimize your workout training plan.

PERSONALIZED PLANS
After a phone or video consultation, your trainer will deliver your personalized plan each week based on your body, your goals, your likes and dislikes and your available equipment. They’ll take into account your current fitness level and any injuries or special considerations you may have.

GUIDED WORKOUTS & TRACKING
Each workout comes with detailed audio and video instructions. Your trainer will use data from your wearable trackers to monitor your workouts and help coach you to success.
