Bad application n service, cannot register. If the provider cannot make sure the application goes well, it's better to provide a real card.

forgot password after passed the otp and fill new password then waiting for so long. After that just got blank screen. there is no option login with email, because i forgot the username. I can't login now. please help

Usefull app, but it will be more usefull if I can download claim report based on paid date period, because if I want to check claim, I must check it by tap one by one of the claims. I hope FH Indonesia can provide it, at least the report provided some infomation such us claim number, Name, Payment Amount, Paid Date and Paid Status.
