App is useless. I live in a large condo complex and need to sign for a package. Got the app thinking I'd know when it was 1 stop away. Instead I got a 'delivery attempted see you next time' message. I've been home since I got the 'out for delivery' text 6 hours ago. I can track a package on their website. No need for the app.

Im a parplegic with limited mobility. With the extra delivery instructions i can have my meds delivered precisely where i need them. Also my i live on a corner so my address is one street and my front door is on the other. Makes it very confusing for deliveries. The app makes it so much easier to track and keep track of my meds!

The app is nice, I just wish it was Accurate this is the second time I've sat at home waiting for a package that was to be delivered by 8pm and not even a phone call. Now it's the 2nd day and they have no information about my package or my tracking number. Very frustrating and this is the 2nd time it's happened with the same results. 😞

I didn't even have a chance to track my package before it asked me to rate how much I love the app, when I selected 1, already frustrated with the app. It then FORCED me into a whole survey and giving feedback. Garbage I'm deleting it. I'll find out when my package is delivered when it shows up on my porch.

Trash app for a trash company. God forbid if you need something quickly and on time because you likely wont get it. App doesnt work at all the live staff is useless as well. I had a driver roll up and leave a DOOR TAG on my mail box...pretty sure door tags go on my door. Not that it needed one... I WAS HOME. UTTERLY USELESS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I didn't choose fed ex. I have very little experience with ordering online because I recieved payment in cash for years. This year I've finally reconnected to the grid entirely. Nvm. To be quick. I wanted to make sure they had all the Intel possible. I spent all day trying to create an account every few minutes while waiting for the door. I'm still waiting. 2 NIGHTS AT WORK ON 2 hours of sleep roughly. Fed ex was the expensive option. I paid extra for this experience. It just failed again.
