Good app. The timer is handy and it has different levels so u can make your own workout or do a set workout. Ye app is not working at the minute. I've had it for ages but now it just stopped

Great app but now its not letting me log in, it says 'network error' but my Internet is working fine. That's why I rated it 1 star because it useless now.

This app Is horrible. I tried to register for 3 whole days and it didn't work. Like theres no point writing it either. They never improve.

Great combos and I love how you can create your own workouts. The thing is, when trying to add combos to a workout, I get failure notifications often so the combos don't get added. Even trying to choose a workout to add a combo to is extremely difficult and doesn't work well. I've made it work by backing out of the app and restarting it, but that is a pain. Still, for ideas and to help plan heavy bag/mitt sessions, this is a solid app.
