This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ExtendedCare Cloud: Telehealth Your Way™ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

App crashes when mic test initiated. Tried 10 times. Closed all other apps. Waited for speed test to conclude. Never saw a bar turn green in mic test.

Great way to communicate

I downloaded the app and when my doctor appointment time came I couldn't connect with my doctor.

Bad. Could barely hear, and could not see my dr. Had to hold the mic rt up to my mouth so dr could hear me - this is on my galaxy s10. App would not even load onto Google Chromebook - says 'app is not compatible w chromebook' - wth?? Wish they had not changed from zoom, it was 100x better.

I used it to try and do my physical therapy with the therapist and it was horrible. Either could hear and not see or see and not hear. The next time we tried it didn't even connect.

Video and audio unreliable, constant updating - and it won't say it needs to be updated until I try to log in for an appointment.
