Since re starting at the end of June, gives "unknown" error message, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, It turns out that the problem was in the settings, specifically the domain name was inaccurate. Thinking that it was an obsolete domain, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app to get updated info, but the domain name was still wrong. Close, but not exact! In fact even when I was directed to check it, It "looked" correct! Anyways, Problem identified and corrected with excellent response and follow-up from the administrators of this app!

Doesn't work. One would think with Goodlife promoting virtual and remote training that they would have made sure this app works ahead of time. The whole point of virtual and remote training during Covid is to mitigate risk and avoid unnecessary visits to the club. I have to now take extra time to drive to club and place myself into a potentially contaminated environment just to adjust my schedule, terrible.

Since the last update in the app I can't see in my Samsung 10 the availability to substitution I was doing all the updates in my phone I deleted de app and installed again and nothing. I call IT from my job and them could not help me with the problem. I'm really frustrated because I can't do my job and I can't find a fixed for this problem. Any help?

UI is a complete disaster and hurts the eyes. Many functions simply dont work and force me to travel to my business making this app useless.
