I used em last year and it worked fine. Now i am trying to renew my card and it wont let me sign in. All it says is "Result error. Classification Something bad happened." when i log in with the correct login info. Yeah something bad clearly happened, this app doesnt work anymore. If u go to their website it always directs you to the app, so there is no way around it. Spend your money else where until this is fixed.

it was going good until the app kept saying network error when I went to process everything for the final step. I'm in a good connected area too so I dont see how it's on my end.

Never recieve emails from them, password recovery, recommendation emails, etc. Used to be the easiest service to use now it's just ridiculous with tech problems.

It let me log in once then after I closed the app, it wouldn't let me log back in. I typed all the correct information and it just would say signing in. Then nothing. No error.
