Our mission to empower every person with kidney disease. There are 30 million CKD patients in US alone. RenalMate App goal is to offer the tools and programs that allow Kidney Disease Patients to take control over their life by improving wellbeing and health through disease adherence programs including diet, mood, time management, activity and disease related knowledge. RenalMate App offers simple and engaging tools on how to track, communicate and receive guidance on kidney disease management with in community of CKD patients, providers and caregiver.

RenalMate App offers a wide range of features to that help people with kidney disease to communicate with each other, achieve goals in weight, fluid and electrolyte management through the diet, improve activity level, lowering stress, as well as develop strong connection and community with the people who have similar health goals.

RenalMate features include the following:

activity, workouts logging and wearable devices like Fitbit, iWatch and others, with build in GPS location, picture taking and sharing;
food logging, marco- and micronutrients calorie calculator to use food log and food scanner with the database of more than 500K food items, with build in GPS location, picture taking and sharing;
stress and mood tracker, help to build awareness and help people do their best managing their mood and stress level;
sleep tracker with manual logging and devices sync;
body measurement tracker, to keep people more accountable on reaching their weight management and body mass goals;
caffeine and alcohol login tracker with build-in with build in GPS location,
picture taking and sharing;
goals setting and tracking on daily bases that follows the most effective SMART goal strategy setting by taking smaller goals along the way to reach out the larger goals.
